Social Media Recruitment Campaign
We partnered with The Metro Club to create a series of four short-form video ads designed to attract business owners in key membership categories they were looking to fill.
The goal was to create content that felt personal, credible, and community-driven — not like a generic networking ad. Working collaboratively with The Metro Club and several of its members, we filmed a collection of reels that highlighted the value of attending, the relationships built through the club, and the opportunity for local business owners to connect with other professionals in the room.
These videos were created for future use as Meta ads, with a clear call to action: invite qualified business owners to attend a complimentary lunch and experience The Metro Club firsthand. By combining authentic member voices with a focused recruitment strategy, the campaign was built to help The Metro Club generate awareness, drive sign-ups, and bring the right people into the room.
